Artemis Consulting Agency was contracted by IMC Worldwide to develop an online platform aimed at facilitating business and increasing trade relationships between India and the Greater Mekong Sub-region.
PROFIT Accelerator is a programme of the Asian Development Bank to promote regional opportunities for investment and trade. It is aimed at businesses in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam and in India who would like to grow their business through international trade.
The Artemis Consulting team worked in close collaboration with the lead firm IMC Worldwide for the successful delivery and management of an online platform and a client management database, necessary to the ADB programme delivery.
More specifically, the team’s responsibilities included developing and managing an operational online platform, for which the objective is to convey information about the programme to potential clients, to provide a means for clients to register and subsequently to provide information, guidance and capacity building materials to clients.
As part of the assignment, the Artemis team was responsible for the development of a wide range of communications materials including a fully functional online platform, PDF guidelines and manuals as well as automated email communications.
The PROFIT Accelerator registration system and Client management database are integral to the overall programme. Indeed, the online platform being used as a vehicle to facilitate the enrollment of clients in the programme, a highly effective registration system had to be developed.
The registration system is connected to an advanced database management system allowing easy entry and contact management, follow up as well as reporting thanks to powerful statistical tools that provide detailed and real-time analytics.
